    How does your pricing work?

    StrategyFrog offers three subscription plans. Each includes access for users, strategy planners, administrators, and even more roles.

    Are onboarding services required?

    No. You can use StrategyFrog without any support to start your planning efforts now. We do provide, however, extended JumpStart Onboarding services for a small fee to help you tackle your top planning and implementation needs. We work with you to understand our software platform and develop a foundation for success.

    Am I able to upgrade my plan to a higher level?

    You bet. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Either do it yourself or give us a buzz at  888.570. FROG (3764)  or email us at hello@strategyfrog.com.

    Am I obligated to long term contracts?

    No. You can pay month-to-month or you can pay for a full year. If you do cancel your account, you will not be billed again and there are no cancellation fees.

    How do I know my data is secure?

    Keeping your data safe and private is of utmost concern to us.  All system data is  completely protected and will never be shared with others. StrategyFrog’s technology and all of its connections are managed over a secure channel (256-bit encryption SSL). Our online transactions use the same level of security as banks, credit card companies and other reputable online vendors. All of your plan’s data is backed up on a daily basis on redundant computer systems. StrategyFrog’s software, network and hardware are updated on a regular basis with the latest security and operating patches. ( Please read our Privacy Policy )

    How does my FREE Trial work?

    If you are using a FREE TRIAL, you get full access to StrategyFrog for 60 days. We’re just glad you tried it. If you want to continue using it, activate you account with a credit card. 

    How can I add more users to my plan?

    Adding more users is a snap. Either do it yourself in Admin Settings or give us a call; we can set it up for you.
