What is the MANAGE module? How do I use it?

The MANAGE module is where you will create, communicate, and update your work for improved alignment, transparency, and performance for your organization. It has two main sections: Me and Teams. Each section has three different views of your work: List, Tree, and Timeline.

Me #

This section of Manage allows you to focus on your work.

Teams #

This section of Manage allows you to see the work progress being conducted by departments in your organization.

Note: In the Teams section, you can view the work of any department in your organization.

Select a Department

  1. Click  . (Note: This command turns green .)
  2. Click a department to select what you want to view.                                                                                           
  3. Click the “X” to deselect this department.
List View #

List View allows you to view all your work items in a “list.” This view has two main components: Manage Menu Bar and List View Items.

Tree View #

Tree View allows you to view all your work items in a process or flow chart, like branches on a “tree.” This view has two main components: Manage Menu Bar and Tree View Items.

Timeline View #

The Timeline View lets you see your work in a “Gantt chart.” This is a type of bar chart that illustrates a project schedule.  Gantt charts also show the dependency relationships between activities and the current schedule status.

Timeline includes the Manage Menu Bar and the Timeline Items.
