Overview #

List View allows you to view all your work items in a “list.” This view has two main components: List View Menu Bar and List View Items.

List View Menu Bar  #

The List View Menu Bar allows you to manage your work by selecting various filter and sort features.

  • Create an Item.  This feature allows you to create a Work Item (i.e., Objective, Key Result, or Task).
  • Favorite Filter. This item allows you to show your favorite items or not.
  • Type. This is a heading column listing the abbreviation of the Goal Level Type Item (i.e., Strategic Objective (SO), Strategic Initiative (SI), Objective (O), Key Result (KR), and Task (T)).
  • Title. This is a heading column listing the title of your Goal Level Type
  • Type Filter. This filter lets you display a view showing a particular item type (Strategic Objective (SO), Strategic Initiative (SI), Objective (O), Key Result (KR), and Task (T)).
  • Priority. This is a heading column displaying the priority level of the Goal Level Type item (i.e., High, Medium, or Low).
  • Members. This is a heading column listing the Leader of the Goal Level Type item and the person(s) supporting the item or Supporters.
  • Date Range Filter. This feature allows you to select a specific date range to see your data.
  • Progress. This is a heading column listing the progress of your Goal Level Type.
  • Due Date. This sortable column allows you to sort ascending and descending date orders.
  • Search. This feature allows you to find Goal Level Type
  • View Parent. This feature allows you to see the Parent item of an item if it is the child.
  • View Options. This feature allows you to see different views of your work item.
  • Filter Options. This feature opens a new window and allows you to filter on Strategic Priorities, and If you are in the Teams view, you can also filter by Departments.

List View Items #

The List View Items display Goal Level Type items in rows. It has the following features:

  • Collapse and Expand View. This feature allows you to collapse or expand the view of items underneath the item displayed.
  • Item Type. This symbol identifies the abbreviation of the Goal Level Type Item (i.e., Strategic Objective (SO), Strategic Initiative (SI), Objective (O), Key Result (KR), and Task (T)).
  • Item Title. This describes the title of your Goal Level Type Items.
  • Favorite. This allows you to select and mark a favorite item or not.
  • Create a Child Item. This feature allows you to create a Goal Level Type item aligned with a Parent.
  • Direct Edit. This feature allows you to edit the item in List View directly.
  • Priority. This displays the priority level of the Goal Level Type item (i.e., High, Medium, or Low).
  • Members. This is the person leading the Goal Level Typeitem, or Leader. Note: It will also show you who supports this work or the Supporters.
  • Progress. This is the display showing the progress of your Goal Level Type items.
  • Due Date. This feature allows you to sort when an item is due.
  • View Options. This feature allows you to select a different view (Overview, Child View, Edit, or Archive).
  • Status. This indicates the status of your Goal Level Type item (i.e., On TrackAt RiskOff TrackCompleted, or Not Started).
  • View Parent. This feature allows you to see the Parent item of an item if it is the child.
