Expand & Collapse #
This feature allows you to Expand or Collapse the process flow of work in a hierarchical group of Goal Work Items (i.e., Strategic Objective, Strategic Initiative, etc.). It shows how work is all connected.

Note: The number in refers to how many items are in the next level hierarchy. In the example above, “Improve social media performance,” an Objective has one Key Result, “Outsource social media marketing.”

This line shows individual Goal Work Items are connected.
Note: In the example above, (1) Improve customer onboarding, a Strategic Objective, has two Strategic Initiatives, (1.1) Create dedicated customer onboarding and (1.2) Develop Sales in the Northeast. These two items are “Children” of the “Parent.” Develop Sales in the Northeast has a Child Item, (1.2.1) Hire 10 sales reps in New York, an Objective. Each of these items are all linked together.
