Go to Strategize (our internal strategy wizard) and click Continue until you arrive at Define Differentiators (or click Strategize, click Our Focus, and then click Differentiators).
Introduction #
Differentiation allows your organization to provide superior customer value, increasing your viability or success. There are six primary ways to differentiate your organization: product, service, channel, relationships, reputation (or image), and price. How does your organization distinguish itself from others?
Input Differentiators #
- Click Learn More to understand more about Differentiators. (Determine your Differentiators for Product, Service, Channel, Relationship, Reputation/Image, and Price.)
- Enter your Differentiators.
- Add Another Item to each Differentiator by:

- Click
- Enter the item, and then Click
to save the Value.
- Click
to Delete the item.
- Enter the item, and then Click
- Continue to the next section.
IMPORTANT
- If you have completed all work in this section, select MAKE VISIBLE. All employees will now see this information in the Organization module.)
- If you have not completed all work in this section, select HIDE. (All employees will not see this information in the Organization module.)
