StrategyFrog categorizes the progress of goal items in one of the following ways:
Not Started – This item has not begun yet.
On Track – This item is progressing appropriately and is expected to be completed in scope, on schedule, and within budget, and there are no issues associated with its completion.
At-Risk – This item might be progressing but may face the following problems: scope – exceeds our work scope by a bit, schedule – misses the deadline by a couple of days, budget – exceeds costs by a bit, or faces some other issue.
Off Track – This item has significant problems: scope – exceeds our work scope significantly, schedule – misses the deadline by many days, budget – exceeds costs by a lot, or faces some other significant issue.
Completed – This item has been completed.
