Introduction to Home #
The Home module provides an overview of your work and is divided into two areas: Board and Overview.
Board #
Board provides the “big picture” and all the details in one place. It has two main sections: My Workstreams and My Deadlines. It also allows you to search for items.
My Workstreams #
My Workstreams provides an overview of your work by sharing a summary of each significant project you lead. This section includes “Card Items” and “My Workstreams Toolbar.” (A workstream is the progressive completion of tasks that are required to finish a project. In other words, they are the core activities on a project, whether conducted by a department or a team working on a project.)
My Deadlines #
My Deadlines provide an overview of your work that is deadline intensive with an approaching due date. This section includes “List Items” and “My Deadlines Toolbar.”
Overview #
Overview is a dashboard allowing you to see work data (yours and the organization’s). It has two main sections: Status Summary (By Type) and Status Summary (By Goal Level).
Status Summary (By Type) #
This section provides an overview of the progress of your work by status type (i.e., On Track, At Risk, Off Track, Completed, or Not Started). It has the following elements:
- StatusType Count. This displays a count of your work items by status type (i.e., On Track, At Risk, Off Track, Completed, or Not Started).
- StatusType Graph. See the flow of your work for a particular status type. (You can Filter by Date and Filter by Status)
- User Statistics Filter. Select a particular user and see the statistics for their work.
Status Summary (By Goal Level) #
This section displays a user’s progress and status by Goal Level (i.e., Strategic Initiative, Strategic Objective, Objective, Key Result, and Task). It also allows users to view the progress by percentage or number.
