How do I create or add our organization’s VALUES?

Go to Strategize (our internal strategy wizard) and click Continue until you arrive at Develop Values (or click Who We Are, Values).

Introduction #

Core values are the guiding principles that dictate behavior and action within an organization. They help organizations determine if they are fulfilling their purpose and achieving their goals through the right behaviors. They create an unwavering and unchanging guide. Values answer “What are our guiding principles?”

Input Values #

1. Click Learn More to understand more about Values. (Complete your Values individually or in a group.)
2. Enter your Value here.
3. Describe what each Value means here.

4. Add another value by:
   
   1. Click  .

1. 1. Enter the Value and then Click  to save the Value.
   2. Describe the Value.

5. Delete a Value by:

1. 1. Click   to delete a value.
   2. Click to remove all values and start again.

IMPORTANT

• If you have completed all work in this section, select MAKE VISIBLE. All employees will now see this information in the Organization module.)

• If you have not completed all work in this section, select HIDE. (All employees will not see this information in the Organization module.)
